Isabelle Kramer is an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher and Esalen® massage therapist with over 12 years of professional and international experience building and leading health and wellness communities. In addition to leading the Ashtanga Yoga Club in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Isabelle offers online private and in-person group Mysore style classes in the Vaudreuil and Montreal, Quebec, Canada area.

Join us for a soulful winter escape in the peaceful hills of Ripon, Québec. ❄️

A sacred weekend to reconnect with your breath, body, and inner stillness at Centre de Vie.

Each day begins in noble silence with meditation, pranayama, and Mysore or led-style Ashtanga Yoga, followed by organic meals, asana explorations, movement drills, and workshops to awaken both strength and softness.

Between sessions, enjoy snowshoeing, forest walks, cozy fires, or simply the deep comfort of stillness.

Evenings invite Yin + massage, storytelling, and long savasanas to soothe body and soul.

We’ll close with a morning practice and quiet reflection—leaving clear, strong, and deeply nourished.

Mysore-style and Ashtanga yoga guided classes

 (in person) (In Vaudreuil-Dorion and Montreal area)

Three mysore-style practices (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning), one led 1/4 primary series practice (Thursday morning), one led full primary series (Friday morning), two 1/2 primary series (Monday and Friday afternoon).  
It's accessible to all, including pregnant moms that have been practicing yoga before. We don't recommend the only class on Thursday morning in the hot room for pregnant moms that never practiced hot yoga before.
