Mysore Intensive
This programme requires 5-6 days a week of ashtanga yoga practice: 4 mysore-style practices, one led 1/4 Series practice (Thursday), Yoga Sutras study group, one led full primary series (Saturday). 1 rest day / week. It's accessible to all, including pregnant moms that have been practicing yoga before. We don't recommend the only class on Thursday morning in the hot room for pregnant moms that never practiced hot yoga before.

The eight limbs of yoga & daily life
Dive deep into the ancient philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga, starting with the eight limbs followed by a series of effective tips such as the Patanjali’s yoga sutras; find out how they can easily become an important part of your daily life. This workshop is great for those who want to deepen their yoga practice, who already practice Ashtanga yoga, and for those who are new to the practice and want to discover more.

Energetic alignment workshop
In this workshop you will learn about the important connection between the gross body and the subtle body, including the Nadis, the energetic concepts of Mula Bandha, and the benefits of Ujjayi breathing.
With a focus on breath, awareness on energetic alignment, move through sun salutations and asanas to guide you along your path to the macrocosmic pinnacle of yoga.
Bring your mat, a notebook and a pillow if you want something comfortable to sit on.

Standing on Firm Foundations
An introduction into Ashtanga Yoga.
Join us as we explore the foundations of the Ashtanga practice. We will slowly build a strong foundation, exploring the interplay of breath, gaze, movement and theory. This workshop is open to all levels, whether you are just starting out your journey or looking to deepen a practice you already have.
Saturday:

0830-10:30. Guided Asana.
10:30-11:00. Seated Practice.
11:00-11:15. Break.
11:15-12:30. Tying it all together. Understanding Transitions.
